Creating a breakthrough in your confidence is hard work. It is difficult, and it is not your fault. Your current level of confidence is tied to your identity. Your identity is who you are at your most profound levels. To create a breakthrough in your confidence, you must be able to let go of the old standard of confidence. This is hard because of the correlation with your identity. It causes fear and doubt as you even think about it. You begin to take action toward the breakthrough and the challenge increases.

You may also experience pressure. Sometimes that pressure turns to stress. The doubt comes at you from all angles. In this video, I share with you a simple exercise to help you create a breakthrough. It will change your life if you let it.

The only one said customer first. The other sixteen were firm in their stance that the best leadership strategy is to put employees first. When you put customers first, your employees can feel it to their core. When you create a culture of employee first, you have a chance to connect and support your people. When you take care of your people, they will take care of your customers. Customer first is an outdated concept in leadership, but it is smart in corporate strategy. Find out why I say this.

One of the most powerful factors to attracting the right people to your business is Culture. Culture is more powerful than strategy and culture is what shapes your business. As a student of leadership, you have likely read about culture and studied it. A culture is simply the collection of beliefs on which people build their behavior. This is a good definition, but I like to say that culture is the PERSONALITY of the organization (the written and unwritten rules). I recently developed a culture scorecard that will help you see where you stand with your culture. There are 8 objectives in the Growth Culture Scorecard. What is your score for your culture?

You want everyone within your organization to understand your vision and work to making it a reality. In the case of top-down only, most of the effort in getting others to buy-in to the vision of the organization. In my research with hypergrowth companies, those organization that involved all levels into the company of the vision are more likely to grow faster. This book was written for those that want to unlock their highest potential. To make his point, the author, Gene Hammett, shares the hidden message that he found in losing millions on one day.
